Eligibility for Returns and Refunds    
 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item if you wish to return or exchange it. In the event that you receive an incorrect item or a wrong product, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a return or exchange for you. It is important that returns are undamaged and free of signs of wear and tear. In order to ensure a successful return, all tags, packaging, and invoices must be preserved.   

 

The return may not be processed if any of these items are not included. In the event that an item does not arrive in its original condition or contains missing parts, please contact our support team within 48 hours. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items  

   

  • Perishable goods and custom products  

It is not possible to return perishable goods, such as flowers or plants, or items that have been customized.   

   

  • Downloadable digital products  

A digital product, such as an e-book or software, cannot be returned or refunded once it has been accessed or downloaded.

Return Shipping     
 

It is the user's responsibility to pay the shipping costs associated with a return. However, we will gladly cover return shipping costs if there was an error on our part.
