We offer a reliable domestic shipping service, with an estimated delivery time of 3 - 8 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, and external factors, such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.   

Please notify our team within 48 hours of receiving your order if it has been lost or damaged. Before you confirm your order, the shipping charges are clearly displayed. It is possible to review and understand the shipping charges before finalizing the purchase.  

Address Accuracy  

During the checkout process, it is important to provide a shipping address that is accurate in order to ensure a successful delivery. In the event that incorrect or incomplete addresses are provided by the user, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or misdelivery. Please contact our customer support team if you need to change your shipping address after placing an order.  

Once an order has been processed, it may not always be possible to make changes. This is owing to the fact that as our team begins preparing the shipment for dispatch, certain details may not be able to be modified. In order to avoid any potential complications, please ensure that the shipping information you have provided is accurate prior to placing your order.  

Order Cancellation   

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before it is dispatched. On our website, you can cancel an order by accessing your account and selecting the 'Order' section. After an order has been dispatched, it is not possible to cancel it. In the event that there are any issues or obstacles with the shipping or fulfillment of your order, we will notify you immediately by email or text.
